Hayk Babayan has been appointed Acting Director of the Fund
Negotiations were held with Ruben Melkonyan, the person selected as a result of the competitive selection for the position of Director General of the Universal Health Insurance Fund held on June 24 of this year, regarding the terms and conditions for assuming his employment duties. However, in the absence of Ruben Melkonyan’s formal consent to the official employment offer presented to him, a new competitive selection is planned to be held on the grounds that the position remains vacant, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Armenia and the Charter of the Universal Health Insurance Fund.
Announcement Regarding the Competitive Selection for the Positions of Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Board of Trustees
The competitive selection for filling the vacant position of a member of the Board of Trustees of the Universal Health Insurance Fund will take place on June 23, 2026, at 12:00 PM, while the competitive selection for filling the vacant position of Chief Executive Officer will take place on June 23, 2026, at 1:00 PM.
