This account is intended for the payment of insurance premiums by employees, individual entrepreneurs, notaries, as well as by employers exempt from the duties of a tax agent, in respect of their salaried employees.

When making a payment, it is mandatory to indicate:

• the TIN (Taxpayer Identification Number),
• the PSN (Public Services Number) of the person making the payment.

When completing the payment, the purpose field must state: "Universal Health Insurance Premium."

This account is intended for individuals who hold insured status but are required, in cases defined by law during the insurance coverage period (12 months), to pay the insurance premium independently, for example, in the event of termination of employment within the 12-month period or the cessation of the status of a premium contributor.

When making a payment, it is mandatory to indicate the payer's first name, last name, and the PSN (Public Services Number).

When completing the payment, the purpose field must state: "Universal Health Insurance Premium."

This account is intended for individuals who are beneficiaries of the social package and for the purpose of partial payment of the Universal Health Insurance premium.

When making a payment, it is mandatory to indicate the organization's (employer's) TIN (Taxpayer Identification Number), as well as the PSN (Public Services Number) of the person making the payment.

When completing the payment, the purpose field must state: "Universal Health Insurance Premium."
