Service Delivery Procedure

Admission

Admit the visitor pre-registered in the unified system.

Identification

Identify the person via ID document or certificate.

Verification

Check insurance availability in the ArMed system.

Referral

Refer to the appropriate specialist.

Beneficiary Service

Provide service to the beneficiary and, if necessary, issue an open referral.

Sequence of Steps for Visit Registration and Service

Patient Registration by the Call Center

Patient identification
Verification of the type of patient visit: clinic member, non-UHI, patient served under UHI, voluntary insurance, or paid visit
Checking the patient's insurance status through the Armed program
Registering the patient’s visit
Informing the patient about the details of the registered visit (time, location, required documents)

The usual reasons are: • the data is not synchronized in ArMed, • the patient is not included in this phase of UHI implementation Contact 8866 for the UHI support service.

Not having a smartphone is not an obstacle. The family doctor or a responsible staff member at the healthcare facility can assist patients with the identification process, or the UHI will be automatically activated after identifying and serving the patient using their ID.

Yes, if the doctor or healthcare facility has signed a contract with the UHIF. Services provided without a contract will not be reimbursed.

Payments are made according to the approved rates, based on the actual services provided and properly documented.
