Job Responsibilities
- Answering incoming calls and providing accurate and timely customer support
- Make outgoing calls to provide information about insurance services and maintain communication with customers and partners
- Provide information about insurance services and terms
- Record customer inquiries, questions, and complaints in the system
- Direct customer calls to the appropriate specialists
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and service quality standards
- Participate in internal trainings and self-development programs
Required Skills
- Higher education or secondary vocational education
- Excellent command of Armenian (knowledge of Russian and English is considered an advantage)
- Basic knowledge of computer applications (MS Office, CRM systems)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Stress resistance and a high level of responsibility
- Work experience in a Communications Center or in customer service will be considered an advantage
- Ability to work in a team and adapt quickly

Description
The Training Specialist is responsible for organizing and delivering training programs and carrying out the core processes of working with participants, ensuring the high-quality and effective implementation of trainings in accordance with approved programs and methodologies. The Specialist participates in the preparation of training materials, coordinates organizational and technical processes, and provides support to the Senior Specialist in both content-related and procedural matters.
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver trainings in online, offline, and blended formats.
- Support the organization of trainings.
- Coordinate the training organization process.
- Provide organizational and technical support for training events.
- Participate in the development of training content materials.
- Assist in the preparation and review of texts and presentation slides.
- Enter training participation data into the system.
- Support data organization and summarization.
Required Skills
- Higher education or secondary vocational education in education, social sciences, management, or related fields.

Description
The Specialist carries out the operational stages of contract monitoring and the processing of applications submitted by institutions, ensuring the compliance of documents, the accurate processing of collected data, and support for site visits, while also collaborating with the Senior Specialist and the Team Leader to improve process efficiency.
Job Responsibilities
- Review application packages submitted by healthcare institutions.
- Verify the completeness of applications and accompanying documents, as well as their compliance with established requirements.
- Identify deficiencies and support the application completion process.
- Prepare and review contractual documents.
- Coordinate the contract signing and amendment process.
- Participate in site visits.
- Record the results of observations.
- Maintain communication with healthcare institutions regarding ongoing contractual matters.
- Report identified issues to the Senior Specialist or Team Leader.
Required Skills
- Higher education or secondary vocational education (preferably in law, medicine, management, or a related field).
- Work experience in contracts or document management will be considered an advantage.
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Excellent command of the Armenian language.

The Specialist carries out the core operational activities of the quality management function. They ensure the implementation of quality control processes, collect and analyze relevant data, and prepare and update methodological documentation in collaboration with the Senior Specialist and the Team Lead.
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor the quality of patient services provided by healthcare institutions.
- Review and analyze patient complaints and inquiries.
- Oversee case review and resolution processes.
- Monitor the implementation of standardized service delivery and communication practices.
- Assess patient satisfaction and analyze feedback.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of the Foundation's service delivery processes.
- Conduct quality control of the Call Center, written correspondence, and other communication channels.
- Monitor compliance with service standards and communication scripts.
- Oversee case handling processes and adherence to established timelines.
