Description
We are looking for a Communications Center Operator to join our professional team and ensure a high level of customer service. The role requires a responsible approach, effective communication, and strict adherence to internal procedures.
Job Responsibilities
- Answering incoming calls and providing accurate and timely customer support
- Make outgoing calls to provide information about insurance services and maintain communication with customers and partners
- Provide information about insurance services and terms
- Record customer inquiries, questions, and complaints in the system
- Direct customer calls to the appropriate specialists
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and service quality standards
- Participate in internal trainings and self-development programs
Required Skills
- Higher education or secondary vocational education
- Excellent command of Armenian (knowledge of Russian and English is considered an advantage)
- Basic knowledge of computer applications (MS Office, CRM systems)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Stress resistance and a high level of responsibility
- Work experience in a Communications Center or in customer service will be considered an advantage
- Ability to work in a team and adapt quickly

We are looking for an Accountant to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely accounting processes
Description
We are looking for an Accountant to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely execution of accounting processes. The role requires a high level of responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Job Responsibilities
- Record administrative expenses, fixed assets, and intangible assets, as well as register insurance transactions in the 1C accounting system
- Execute bank transfers to beneficiaries and suppliers, review bank statements, and monitor daily balances
- Classify, monitor, and process accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Manage insurance contracts, monitor insurance premium receivables, and process direct payment reconciliations
- Verify agent commissions and amounts of submitted insurance claims
- Oversee compliance of commission meeting minutes and perform other ongoing tasks assigned by management
- Maintain and archive bank documents, invoices, and other accounting records
Required Skills
- Higher education or secondary vocational education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proficiency in the 1C accounting system
- Strong knowledge of computer applications (MS Office)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Stress resilience and ability to work effectively in a team
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt quickly
- High responsibility for meeting deadlines
