Continuing its series of meetings with healthcare providers, on July 28–30 the Universal Health Insurance Fund held online working meetings with the directors and Universal Health Insurance coordinators of regional healthcare providers under contract with the Fund.
The purpose of the meetings was to discuss the results of the Fund’s monitoring of whether the services submitted by medical organizations for reimbursement over the previous six months complied with the reimbursement objectives approved by Decision No. 05-L of the Fund’s Interim Board of Trustees.
Participants were also introduced to a new digital platform developed by the Fund, through which medical organizations can view potential deviations and inconsistencies identified by the system. This will enable them to identify and address issues in a timely manner, contributing to the improvement of service delivery processes.
During the meetings, participants had the opportunity to present their questions and observations, discuss challenges encountered in their day-to-day work, and receive the necessary clarifications.
