Tigran Hovhannisyan, Head of the Contracts, Methodology and Quality Management Division at the Universal Health Insurance Fund, together with the Fund’s training team, delivered a two-day in-person training for representatives of medical centers in the Kotayk Region.
The training focused on the reimbursement procedures and applicable limitations under the Universal Health Insurance system.
The sessions were conducted in an interactive format, encouraging open dialogue, knowledge sharing, and effective professional collaboration. Participants had the opportunity to raise questions of interest and discuss practical issues encountered in their day-to-day work.
Similar training sessions and educational visits are planned to be conducted in all regions of Armenia in the coming months.
