Announcement to Medical and Pharmaceutical Organizations

Dear Colleagues,

The Law on "Universal Health Insurance" entered into force on December 25, 2025, according to which the phased introduction of universal health insurance will be implemented starting January 1, 2026.

By the decision of the RA Government on December 25, 2025, Decision N 1980-N "On approving exemplary forms of contracts to be concluded between the Universal Health Insurance Fund and providers of medical aid and services, as well as between the Universal Health Insurance Fund and pharmacies" was adopted.

Based on the exemplary contract form approved by the aforementioned Government decision, I propose that you submit the application (acceptance) attached to this announcement, in accordance with the requirements defined by the RA Government Decision N 1985-N of December 25, 2025, "On approving the procedure for concluding contracts between the 'Universal Health Insurance' Fund and providers of medical aid and services, as well as between the 'Universal Health Insurance' Fund and pharmacies within the framework of Universal Health Insurance, and the minimum requirements for concluding a contract," along with the relevant documents, to the email address info@uhif.am by January 1, 2026.
